Search tip: the first few times the switcher opens, a short tip under Search shows the key that finds any window, tab, or app by name. Got it hides it for good.

Fixed
An app blocked by a Screen Time limit no longer shows a second, untitled row. Its row stays in place, dimmed, with a Screen Time label, and choosing it brings the app forward.
Trial Ended on ⌘Tab: after the trial, ⌘Tab and the other Tabitha shortcuts open the Trial Ended window instead of doing nothing visible. It also opens when Tabitha starts. Take one more hour of Tabitha once a day, or use the macOS switcher until tomorrow.

⌘Tab and the other Tabitha shortcuts now reach Screen Sharing, Windows App, Jump Desktop, Parsec, RealVNC Viewer, Citrix Viewer, Parallels Desktop, VMware Fusion, and UTM while one of them is in front, so you can switch windows on the remote computer or virtual machine.
Redesigned switcher with a clearer list, a preview column, and a header that shows each window's state. Pick the look in Settings › Appearance › Theme: Mist or Native.
Cycle rows switches an app between App, Windows, and Tabs rows while you switch. Hold the opening modifiers and press R. Change the key in Settings › Keyboard.
Group tabs by window keeps each window's tabs together in their tab-bar order. Turn it on in Settings › Appearance.
Remember tab previews saves a tab's preview when you visit it, so background tabs show a real preview. It is on by default; turn it off in Settings › Appearance.

The switcher opens and scrolls faster, and finds windows more reliably after apps launch or quit.

⌘Tab, Current app windows, and the search shortcut now open Tabitha when a password field or a locked 1Password is in front, instead of the macOS app switcher.
App keys give an app one key in the switcher. Hold ⌘, press Tab, then the app's key to jump to its most recent window. Press the key again to go through its other windows, then release to switch. Add them in Settings › Keyboard › App Keys.
Numbered shortcuts can be turned off in Settings › Keyboard. The numbers disappear from the list, and 1 to 9 become free for app keys.

Settings has a new Keyboard pane with every shortcut in one place, including Current app windows and Open or close group.
Current app windows opens Tabitha with only the frontmost app's windows. Press ⌘` by default, or add Shift to go backward. Change the shortcut in Settings › General › Keyboard Shortcuts. The app's name shows at the top, and clicking it or pressing ← shows every app again.

⌘S always starts search in the switcher, even when your search shortcut uses ⌘ with another key.
Entering a valid license key now confirms it with a thank-you message.
Open or close group in Settings › General › Keyboard Shortcuts sets one key that opens the selected app's windows in the switcher and closes them again, next to → and ←.
Free trial of 14 days starts with this version. The days left show next to the ··· button in the switcher, and Buy Tabitha… leads the Tabitha menu.
Enter License… in Settings › General unlocks Tabitha with your key, without a network request. You can paste the whole purchase email.
Insights… in the Tabitha menu shows how often you switched, how many switches system ⌘Tab could not have made, how often you used search, and your top apps.
Trial Ended window: when the trial runs out, system ⌘Tab comes back and Tabitha shows your numbers with Buy Tabitha… and Enter License….
